Very Important: there is a new national rule for 2022 onwards. All rider’s machines must have a working front and rear light, also the wearing of a helmet is mandatory it is quite simple: no lights or helmet no ride.
Start in road to A513 from “Old Boat” inn at Alrewas at “Give way” post and adjacent to Trent & Mersey canal. Ride to A513 and turn left
At island junction with A38 take first exit along sliproad
Join A38 northbound
Continue past Burton upon Trent (south flyover junction) 5.77
At flyover junction with A5132 near Willington turn left up slip road
At A5132 turn left onto A5132 12.34
Turn left onto slip road to A38
Turn left onto A38
Continue past Burton south flyover 18.87
Continue past A513 Alrewas Junction (A38) 23.76
Finish at Lamp post TP15B/07 in Jefsfire layby. Past the flyover and petrol station and bus layby. 25
Turn left after 100yds (Fine Lane) to return to HQ
The A50/6 50 mile time trial course from Etwall.
From A516, RIGHT onto A50 WEST.
CONTINUE on A50 to Blythe Bridge.
RETRACE on A50 EAST.
LEFT onto A518 then B5030.
RETRACE on B5030 then A815.
LEFT onto A50 EAST.
2nd exit onto A516 to Etwall.
