Weather permitting events will continue to be held on Tuesday evenings as usual!!

The start time is 7pm until 22nd May, 7.30 pm from 29th May to 17th July and then 7pm from 24th July.

Please note the details of the events to be held on Thursday evenings on the Sudbury course below:  They will all start at 7.15pm

In addition there will be 10 mile events on the new course at Sudbury from Thursday 7th June to Thursday 2nd August starting at 7.15pm. The events on 14th June, 28th June, 12th July and 2nd August will be promoted by the South Pennine but Mercia members are welcome to ride. The events on 7th June, 21st June, 5th July, 19th July and 26th July will by promoted by the Mercia.

Mercia are proposing to hold the Club 25 mile championship on the Yoxall course on Sunday 8th July starting at 8am. The proposed date has been moved to avoid clashing with national 50 mile championship which is on an A course on 1st July.

The South Pennine have a full program of events on Thursday evenings in addition to those noted above. Some are 10 mile events on the A50 and some are 25 mile events on the A50.

The Cycling Time Trials official course codes are

A10/19 – uses A50 – 10 miles – starts Etwall

A25/11 – uses 50 – 25 miles – starts Etwall

ACC10/40 – Sudbury to Doveridge twice not on the A50 – starts Sudbury
